Adolescent Psychotherapy

Adolescence can be a time of immense pressure and stress. Against a background of developmental and hormonal changes, peer relationships will intensify and, academic pressure from school and family increases, so it’s natural for life to feel overwhelming.

While family and friendships can provide important and necessary support, a neutral therapeutic space can provide the opportunity to find clarity and direction, to encourage an adolescent experience of growth, health and happiness.
